Shipping policy

We want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and without any stress. This policy explains how we ship, what you can expect to pay, and what to do if something goes wrong.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your location isn’t covered, we’ll let you know during checkout or right after you place your order.

We ship across India and to select international destinations. If your country is available, you’ll see it at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties—please see Section 7.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-2 business days] (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak seasons or sales, processing may take a little longer—we’ll mention it on the site banner if so.

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is packed and handed over to our courier partner.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We work with reliable courier partners to deliver your order. The shipping method depends on your location and the product type.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Remote areas may take a couple of extra days.


4. Shipping Costs

We keep shipping simple and transparent:

  • Free standard shipping on orders above ₹[499 / 999] (or any threshold you set).

  • For orders below that, a flat rate of ₹[X] is charged for standard shipping.

  • Express shipping, where available, costs a flat ₹[Y] and is shown at checkout.

  • Cash-on-delivery orders may attract an additional ₹[Z] convenience fee, if applicable.

The exact shipping charge for your order will always be displayed clearly before you confirm payment.


5. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link along with the name of the courier partner. You can also track your order directly from your account on our website.

Note: It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate. If the status hasn’t updated after that, don’t worry—just reach out and we’ll check for you.


6. Delivery Issues & Delays

We do everything we can to make sure you get your package on time. But sometimes, things beyond our control (weather, courier delays, incorrect addresses, etc.) can cause hiccups.

Here’s what to do in common situations:

  • Delay beyond the estimated window: Contact us with your order number. We’ll chase the courier and give you a realistic update.

  • Package marked “delivered” but not received: Check with neighbours or security guards first. If it’s still missing, email us within 48 hours—we’ll open an investigation with the courier.

  • Damaged or tampered package upon delivery: Please refuse the delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged, or take clear photos before opening. Then report it to us within 24 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Incorrect address given by you: If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you. Re-shipment costs will have to be borne by you, or we can cancel the order minus the shipping charges.

We’re committed to resolving every delivery issue fairly. In the rare case a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.


7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

We ship to [List of Countries / “select countries”]. Available destinations and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

  • Delivery Time: International orders usually arrive within 10-18 business days, but customs clearance may cause additional delays.

  • Customs & Import Duties: Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

  • Tracking: International orders come with full tracking, just like domestic ones.
